You can adjust your guest count up until one week before your event without penalty, as long as the final number fits within your contracted venue capacity. Increases in guest count will adjust your catering costs accordingly, while decreases are typically handled with a minimum guarantee – you’ll pay for at least 90% of your original count. Basic centerpieces and standard place settings are also included. If you want upgraded linens, specialty chair covers, or enhanced table settings, those are available as add-ons. We’ll show you samples during your venue tour so you can see exactly what’s included and what upgrade options are available. All setup and breakdown of furniture and linens is handled by our staff.
We require a deposit to secure your date, with the balance due two weeks before your event. Payment plans can be arranged for larger events if needed. Cancellation policies vary by how much advance notice you provide – cancellations more than 90 days out typically receive partial refunds, while cancellations within 30 days may forfeit the full deposit since we’ve likely turned away other bookings for your date. Weather-related cancellations for outdoor elements are handled case-by-case. We’ll review the complete contract terms during your booking consultation so you understand all policies upfront. Travel restrictions or health emergencies are evaluated individually based on circumstances.
