We require a deposit to secure your date, with the balance due closer to your event. If you need to cancel, refund eligibility depends on timing and circumstances. Cancellations more than 90 days out typically receive partial refunds minus administrative fees. Cancellations within 90 days may forfeit deposits, as we’ve likely turned away other bookings for your date. However, we work with clients facing genuine emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. We also offer date transfer options if you need to postpone rather than cancel completely. Our contracts clearly outline all terms, and we review the cancellation policy during booking so there are no surprises.
