We handle setup and breakdown, so you’re not dealing with logistics on your celebration day. Our service staff manages the entire event flow, from cocktail hour through the last dance. Kitchen facilities are included, along with coat check areas and restroom facilities.

What sets us apart is flexibility. Need the space configured differently? We can do that. Want to bring in your own dessert? No problem. Have guests with dietary restrictions? We work with you to make sure everyone’s taken care of. It’s your celebration—we adapt to make it work exactly how you want it.

Just let us know about any restrictions when we’re planning your menu, ideally at least two weeks before your event.
Guest count changes are normal—we get it. We’ll need your final headcount one week before your event for catering purposes. If your numbers go up or down before then, just let us know and we’ll adjust accordingly. Small increases (under 10 people) can usually be handled even closer to your event date. For significant changes, the earlier you tell us, the better we can accommodate. Our space can handle anywhere from intimate gatherings of 30 to larger celebrations of 200+, so we have flexibility built in.
Yes, you can bring in your own photographer, DJ, florist, and other vendors. We just ask that outside vendors coordinate with our event manager to ensure smooth setup and breakdown. For decorations, you’re welcome to personalize the space—we just ask that nothing damages walls or fixtures. Candles are fine with proper holders, and we can help with basic decoration setup if needed. If you’re planning extensive decorating, we can arrange early access to the space for a small additional fee.
We require a deposit to secure your date, with the remaining balance due two weeks before your event. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For cancellations, we understand that life happens—our cancellation policy varies based on how far in advance you cancel and whether we can rebook your date. We’ll always work with you to find a solution if circumstances change. All payment terms and cancellation details are clearly outlined in your contract, so there are no surprises. We believe in transparent pricing and fair policies that protect both you and us.
