We understand that guest counts can fluctuate as your event approaches. We can usually accommodate increases up to 72 hours before your event, depending on availability and kitchen capacity. For decreases, we ask for final numbers one week prior to your event date for food preparation purposes. Small changes (10% or less) rarely cause issues. Larger changes might affect pricing or logistics, but we’ll work with you to find solutions that keep your celebration on track.
We can provide full bar service with licensed bartenders, or you can choose to have beer and wine only. All alcohol service follows New York State regulations, and we carry proper insurance and licensing. We don’t allow outside alcohol to be brought in when we’re providing bar service. For events without our bar service, you’re responsible for ensuring any alcohol consumption complies with local laws. Our staff is trained to monitor service responsibly throughout your event.
Life happens, and we understand that sometimes events need to be postponed or cancelled. Our cancellation policy depends on how much advance notice you give us and what deposits have been paid. Generally, if you need to reschedule more than 90 days out, we’ll work with you to find a new date without penalty. Cancellations closer to the event date may involve partial forfeiture of deposits since we’ve likely turned away other bookings for your date. We’ll explain all terms clearly in your contract before you sign.
